Service terms
Terms of Service
These Terms describe the acceptable use rules for Ashva CallOps, including consented outbound calling, AI disclosure, credits, recordings, and owner/admin responsibilities.
Service
Ashva CallOps provides AI-assisted call operations for consented outbound calling, call qualification, lead routing, campaign management, training review, and owner/admin reporting.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring every uploaded dialing list is accurate, lawful, consented, and appropriate for outbound calling.
You must not use the service for spam, harassment, emergency services, regulated advice, unlawful discrimination, deceptive impersonation, or calls to people who have opted out.
AI Caller Disclosure
The assistant is configured to disclose AI use at the start of calls with this wording or a close spoken variant: "Hi, this is an AI assistant calling from Ashva. Is now a good time?"
You must not instruct the assistant to hide that it is AI or to claim it is a human representative.
Credits and Pricing
Launch pricing is INR 7.50 per connected AI minute, exclusive of applicable GST or taxes unless stated otherwise.
Credits are intended for connected AI calling usage. Razorpay payment automation will be enabled after live payment keys and webhook verification are configured.
Opt-Out and Compliance
Opt-out language includes "stop", "do not call", "opt out", "remove me" and similar phrases. Once a contact opts out, the number should be marked so future calling stops.
You are responsible for following applicable telecom, privacy, recording, consumer protection, and Do Not Call rules in each market where you call.
Training Recordings
Only the owner/admin may upload recordings for training review. Recordings should be consented, relevant, and reviewed before any training or prompt update.
The default recording retention period is 90 days unless a separate agreement or legal requirement changes it.
Limitations
Ashva CallOps is a call-operations tool, not a legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, eligibility, safety, or emergency advice service.
Human review is required for regulated, sensitive, high-value, urgent, disputed, or ambiguous conversations.
