Ashva CallOps

Privacy and AI calling

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ashva CallOps handles signup details, consented calling lists, call records, recordings, transcripts, and owner-approved training data.

Effective date: August 8, 2026 · Operator: Ashva Cognitive Systems LLP

Who Operates Ashva CallOps

Ashva CallOps is operated by Ashva Cognitive Systems LLP. The product helps teams run consented outbound AI calls, qualify conversations, route follow-up, and review call operations.

Information We Process

We may process signup details, business contact details, uploaded dialing-list data, campaign notes, call metadata, AI-generated summaries, lead qualification fields, payment/recharge records, and support/admin activity.

Owner-approved training recordings may include call audio, transcripts, review notes, objections, outcomes, and evaluation labels. End users cannot upload training recordings.

AI Disclosure

The outbound voice assistant is configured to disclose AI use with this wording or a close spoken variant: "Hi, this is an AI assistant calling from Ashva. Is now a good time?"

The assistant should not pretend to be human or make regulated legal, medical, financial, eligibility, employment, safety, or binding business decisions.

Consent and Opt-Out

Customers must upload only numbers they have a valid basis and consent to contact. Uploaded lists are tracked with consent confirmation in the owner/admin workflow.

If a contact uses an opt-out phrase such as "stop", "do not call", "opt out", "remove me", the assistant should acknowledge it, stop selling, and save the lead as an opt-out.

Recordings and Retention

Call recordings used for owner-approved training review are retained for up to 90 days unless deletion, legal hold, operational review, or customer instructions require a different period.

Training data should be reviewed, redacted where appropriate, and approved before it is used to improve prompts, evals, or future model-training workflows.

Sharing and Vendors

Ashva CallOps may use infrastructure, voice, AI, database, payment, storage, analytics, and communication vendors to operate the service. These vendors should only receive the data needed to provide their services.

Current production integrations may include OpenAI, Twilio or another voice provider, Supabase, Razorpay, Google Sheets automation, and hosting providers once configured.
